Refund Policy

At Inspire Digital, we believe in cooperating with our customers in all possible ways. All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and creation of a scope of work document. This is done to make sure that both parties have complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes. In the case that a client has a compliant or dispute with the provided service, we communicate with them to the best of our ability to resolve any concerns.

 

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation & refund policy.

This is done to make sure that both parties have complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

 

No payment will be refunded once the client approves and signs agreement and we move into the implantation phase of the project. If the client has a major problem with the service or a minor problem that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time then client may request to cancel our services with a notice written 30 days in advance.
